Are you 18-24 years old, confident working with digital technologies, and curious about your community, its culture and past? About Museum Futures Museum Futures is a year long paid traineeship for young people that are interested in growing their professional and digital skills in the cultural sector.
Over the next three cohort years, we will be recruiting 27 trainees based at over 20 museums across the UK. Trainees will be paid a bursary of £13,350 (tax free) [£15,350 for London-based trainees] and work towards a Level 3 Diploma in Cultural Heritage.
Who should apply? Trainees will gain a qualification and skills to build their CV, so we encourage young people that have not completed an undergraduate degree to apply. No previous museum experience is necessary. Candidates should be familiar with digital filmmaking and IT literate.

They have been in touch and are keeping it open as they still have spaces in Liverpool and YorkScope
Senior online community officer -
Well done, hope some of the community give it a go.
Unfortunately, I miss the age profile, by over 40 years.
But still think, I am only 18! -
