I am asking on behalf of my daughter Shannon she is 23 had a baby 2 years ago after she was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis ,she is bad with it and she applied for pips and got refused because she does 2 days a week with work any help available for her as she struggles with the baby and doing normal house hold things even ringing me to come and help her get downstairs.any advice would be grateful thanks

Hi,Did she appeal the PIP decision by first asking for a Mandatory Reconsideration, then Tribunal if that failed? If not then when was the decision made on the PIP?As for claiming any other benefits then this will depend oh her circumstances and household income. Does she live with a partner that works? Is she working at the moment?I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
