Hi,As you're living with a partner, if they're not working then is there any reasons why you're not claiming as a couple? You need to put both of your details down when claiming for any means tested benefits. Any income from your partner will be counted when assessing your claim for Income related top up. PIP/DLA etc isn't means tested so doesn't count.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
