Hello,
I just wanted to join a community of hopefully like minded people, and somewhere where I can hopefully reach out for support and advice. Although I am considered disabled under the equality act, due to this being because of Mental Health issues I prefer to use the term disabled, but able bodied as I don't feel the term Disabled accurately describes how I feel at times, mostly because I feel like an impostor due to old pre-conceived ideas of what disabled meant to me, which I am also trying to work on to be able to more readily accept myself.

Thanks @Antonia_Scope and @steve51. I've had issues with a double post in the general discussion, and I can't quite seem to work out how to delete posts that I have made.

Hi @Earlysound
You're welcome.
If you have posted a comment or discussion then you can edit your post for up to an hour (this is to allow for making corrections to things such as spelling and grammar). However, other than this you will not be able to delete your post or edit it outside of this window. This is to avoid confusion in community discussions caused by the removal of comments which have been responded to.
If you have posted something in error, or which you would like to remove for another reason, please get in touch with the community team at community@scope.org.uk, and we can delete it for you.
