Thinking of moving from ESA to PIP, do i have a lot to lose?

At the moment I receive ewa and I’m thinking of going on pip have I got a lot to loose iv got mental health issues severe anxiety depression

HI,ESA and PIP are totally different benefits, so moving from one to the other doesn't make any sense. PIP isn't means tested either so any other money won't affect this.Claiming ESA will depend on your circumstances, if you've worked and paid NI contributions in the previous 2 tax years then you'll be able to claim New style ESA.A new claim for Income related ESA is no longer possible because all areas are now a full Universal credit area.It's impossible to give you any advice as you've given very little information. You need to speak to your local CAB for a full benefits check, this way you'll be able to tell them all your circumstances, household income etc and they'll advise you appropriately.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please.
