I have just signed up to this site, and already found it very helpful.
The question I have is I have also received ESA(IBR) form, my circumstances have not changed for the time period stated on the form, however my husband changed his job November, do I still need to fill the form out?
When I rang the number on the letter they said that it was to see if I was on the right benefit, as they could be some money owing and that I should fill it in anyway. I am on IB esa and you get more benefits, such as free dental on CB esa , i forgot to ask them the above question?

I would definitely still fill out the form. You can only get irESA if your husband is working less than 24 hours a week and not earning too much, so his change of job could be significant.
As you point out, free prescriptions etc come along with irESA, but not with cbESA alone. So your partner's hours of work and earnings are really important to your entitlement.

Skybot123 is right about free dental treatment not being on CB ESA.
I made that mistake and almost got fined £100.
They did except my explanation though after I sent them an email.
They said it's a common mistake people make. -
