Hi guys, I became disabled in 2009 after a slip on Ice damaged my spine, I've had numerous operations but each has made me worse. I have found it such an eye opener, seeing disability from this side, I didn't realise how thoughtless some of the able bodied are, and how we have to fight for things that are taken for granted by them!

Hi @Wizzy75 and welcomeI am sorry that you had to find out about the failings of a so called civilised society in such a way. But it is not just the able bodied that are thoughtless and selfishBe all you can be, make every day count. Namaste
