Does anyone know what happens after a successful ESA appeal
Do you return to the same claim you were on or is it a new claim?
Thanks

You could contact DWP.

Hi,It's not a new claim. Any backdated money owed takes about 8 weeks to receive.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Please provide some more information. What type of appeal is it? How long have you been appealing for? What is the reason you want to contest the decision? Have you contacted DWP or not? Until you have updated the original post with more details about your claim I’m unable to give you a decent answer.
