Advice for PIP after the assessor lied

Hi little bit of advice on my pip 7wks had home mediocre and lady gave me say points l got 19years ago but missed 1point get my mobility so phone up and 3wks ago lady came to my home and she didn't give no points every think she wrote down was all lies and when my partner rang up lady on other end phone didn't no why some other persons out give you medincafter you was award pip again till augus so what do you think l shall do because she lied about me and she lied about lady who came gave me point so person on phone has never known this happen thinks some think gone wrong

Hi @Aamari and a warm welcome to the community! Sorry to hear about your experiences when trying to claim PIP. Did you ever request a copy of the report? This would allow you to see the exact scoring you were given- allowing you to see if it was an accurate representation. The links provided by @steve51 look great so I'd look at those as well. If you need anything else at all then please do let me know

Passed home mediocre but missed out on 1point for mobility so had some one else came to see me again fight for one point but lady taken all points off me what was award me till August and she told lot lies about me and other medicine person who came 3weeks before her partner rang up said got to some mistake after partner was only fighting for point what do l do

Unfortunately this is really common on here. Inaccurate information on the reports are sadly happening too often. Our son’s first ever assessment report that was sent to my email address was saddled with a shocking number of lies. I had the chance to request a mandatory reconsideration immediately with the help of a amazing social worker. Have you tried to get a copy of the report?
