Recently fallen victim to UC after ESA stopped again due to another zero point WCA. CAB is helping me with a mandatory reconsideration but still waiting to hear anything.
Apologies if I sound sorry.for myself.

Hi @fade2gray how are you doing today? Like Richard said, you don't need to apologise at all. I am happy to hear you have support from CAB, please let us know if you have any questions.

Hi all and thanks for the support.Funny thing, I could swear I posted this in Welcomes and Introductions with the subject 'Hi, I call myself fade2gray', how odd.

Hi @fade2gray, one of our moderators would have moved it here to try and get you the right support.
I've been replying on your other thread regarding your Universal Credit claim (and that poorly worded question!) But I'm glad to hear CAB are helping you with your mandatory reconsideration for ESA. If you have any questions or we can help at all, please don't hesitate to ask.Community Manager
