We've received a number of messages recently about various potential rule-breaks on the community, whether regarding personal attacks, the use of multiple accounts, or general concern.
We're just writing to assure you that we do look into these reports, but cannot always share the outcome. Members we believe to have either committed a breach of our guidelines or generally acted in a way that does not fit the intended tone of our community have been and will continue to be addressed by our own warning and moderation procedure.
We will be introducing changes to our reporting and flagging process in the coming months, but please remember if you have any concerns you can always email us on community@scope.org.uk
