How long do DWP have to appeal the decision and what are the odds? There was a lot if evidence with my appeal. Also how long for backpaymrnt and when is it backdated from? Also when do new payments start?
Thanks so much xxx

@HayleyGeek, More of this good news please, the DWP have 30 days to appeal. Once this phase has expired it can take up to 8 weeks for your new award payments to start and the back payments go from your previous award date I am sure I will be corrected if I have misinformed you.

I won a fight this afternoon when I was in town with my kids. I ended up squabbling with another nasty customer when I was about to pay for a couple of new textbooks. Welldone.
