I used to be able to use a head pointer but my disability had deteriorated which means I am unable to do that myself. When I had the ability to use a computer, I spent most of my days emailing and surfing the internet and on facebook. I also suffer with depression and just lately I have been very low and not being able to do anything myself is really frustrating and as a knock on effect to my depression.

Hi @cuddles1962
Welcome to the community it's good to virtually meet you. I know of a fantastic organisation called Remap who design and custom-make equipment based upon the person's need and physical capability. I am sure that they will be able to work with you to find an acceptable solution and make using your computer easier. Remap is a charity so you may want to look into Computer and Assistive Tech Grants
Are you being supported by your G.P. for your depression?

hi @Richard_ScopeMany thanks for your reply, it was nice of you to reply sometime. Some people don't reply which is bad. It is very much appreciated when people do reply. You asked me if I have told my doctor about my mental health, the answer to that is yes. I am on medication which keeps it at bay for so long unfortunately, the medication that I'm on at the min has stopped working. thanks yet again for your response, if you have any more ideas please feel free to email me.
I will keep you involved on how I get on. many thanks
