How do i get the information from him on his notes about meEither through online services or by speaking the receptionist at your GP surgery. I requested my about 1 month ago but filling out form and signing. 24 hours later they were available online for me to view. Digital copies are free but there's a charge for any paper copies.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -
Thank you for your reply. I was told to write a letter and hand it in to my gp. I wrote i needed all the the notes of me reporting to my gp when i got a new symptom which i did as my neurologist told me too. I got only letters from my neurologist to my gp nothing about my symptoms worsening which i need for my claim with esa. Im in a wrag group but as my ME specialist wrote a letter for me to send states im not fit for wrag. I have 2 weeks to send evidence about how my condition as worsened but only have my specialist backing me. Will a docter share information he as wrote in my notes?

You need to request to view your medical records and everything you need to know will be on there.
