If I win ttribunal would my esa premiums be back agsin each fortnight.

Hi @sam12, if you win your PIP appeal you should get the premiums you used to have on your ESA back. It does take a while for them to put any tribunal decision into payment though.

As long as your situation hasn't changed, you should get the premiums you used to get back and these should be backdated to when you lost them.
