Hi i have Fibromyalgia, Osteoarthritis, in my knees, and back. I am a single mum to my daughter she lives with her boyfriend and they just had a beautiful baby boy, I'm a first time nanny. I have a 16 year old son who has medium to severe Autistic spectrum disorder, ADHD, and ODD, i am his full time carer 24/7, no biological father involved.
