just wondering...what can someone do after being turned down at tribunal?

Hi,Thanks @thespiceman for the tag!Appealing after losing at Tribunal isn't exactly correct because you can't appeal this decision without finding an error in law.First thing you need to do is request the statement of reasons and record or proceedings. Once you receive this you need to find someone to take a look to find the error in law. If this isn't found then that's the end of the road for that claim because you can't appeal without this being found.You can re-apply but doing this using the same evidence you previously used will very likely see another refusal.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Thanks. It is happening to me at the mo. I`m still awaiting a decision following my f2f on 3rd October. I`ve had a letter telling me they have all the info they need...so am waiting for the result.
