Grateful for my health....I have a genetic disorder that has impacted on my life, but hasn't affected my health. Also my wonderful children & granddaughters; just to be there for them when they need me.I'm also grateful to get to know a few of you here a little & to feel that some of you are indeed friends.

Today I'm very grateful for coffee. Lots of coffee. My youngest has never slept well but has decided that sleep isn't something he wants to do at all any more.
