I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Hi @Joanw, really sorry to hear this. How are you doing today?

Not good had carers advocate here today, cqc rang but my husband couldn't speak because of advocate hear
It is wearing us both down but we are determined to keep on and not let care company get away with how we have been treated

Was accused of 3 carers hurting themselves and refusing equipment but LCC OT agreed that they were of no use and unsatisfactory for me
-
I'm not surprised it is taking it's toll, it all sounds very stressful! I hope CQC will be able to call back soon.Scope
