Hi I have peripheral neuropathy and I’m getting treated for symptoms of Parkinson’s. I am 47 years old and currently working full time. My worst symptoms is severe fatigue mid afternoon and really tight and sore muscles in my legs. Can anyone give advice how I can help make the symptoms lessen and make work easier. Also can I apply for a blue badge for my car as I get tired really quickly with walking. Mark

Hi @MarkMacpherson - Welcome to the community. I'm sorry to read about your struggle at the moment. You can ask for 'Reasonable Adjustments' at work. There's some advice here in Scope's website. See: https://www.scope.org.uk/advice-and-support/reasonable-adjustments-at-work/About the Blue badge Scheme, you can apply to your local council. See: https://www.gov.uk/blue-badge-scheme-information-councilIf this doesn't help, or you want further advice, please say, as there are others here who know more than I.

Does heat help legs? If so, electric hot water bottles might work.
Does a lie down and half hour's nap help fatigue? If so, maybe your firm would facilitate you spending half your lunch break resting -
