Quick question. How can I get copies of my notes from the Community Mental Health Team? Is it the same as accessing your GP notes? Thanks in advance if anyone can help. Have tried Google, but got confused.

Hi,You will need to contact them. This link may help you. https://www.rethink.org/advice-and-information/rights-restrictions/rights-and-restrictions/access-to-health-records/It may not be possible to see all of your records, if they think that some may harm you then they will refuse to let you see them, especially regarding mental health.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -
Perfect! Thankyou so much Poppy. The link you sent me was absolutely spot on.
