HI and welcome,If you're renting your home then you should contact your landlord.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Hi @paul1224- Welcome to the community. I'm sorry you have problems with your toilet. I've messaged a company that sells Clos o mat toilets as they may be able to help. They ask is it still under contract, & when was it last serviced?

Serviced in 18 no warranty left

As Poppy advises, if renting, contact your landlord. Otherwise I hope one of your local plumbers may be able to help. Closomat (https://www.closomat.co.uk/service.html Tel: 0800 374 076 for a service engineer) say it would be £295 + VAT to call out & repair all internal cistern parts.
