Do facet injections/Rhizolysis help?

Hi just wondering if anyone can advise on the above,they are my last option before more back surgery.

Scope -
I regularly have these with lower back lumber and they work very well.
i had back surgery and disc removed.
They are done under x ray and are very precise the injections contain local so painless after needle is inserted. I find they last a good time .
i also have pain killers as well.
