Hi i was wondering if i could get some advice for my frienas she is currently in hospital and i am caring for her children she won her pip tribunal august 2019 buf she still has not recieved back payment or and payments at all. What sgould she do as she has phoned constantly but still no payment has anyone heard of it ever taking this long to recieve payment after tribunal. Thank you

@Rean22 Hello and welcome to the community I am a community champion. I'm no expert but having read other peoples experiences of this matter, I would agree this is a long time to not have received any payment. Unfortunately the only way to get this resolved is for your friend to contact the PIP helpline and be quite insistent that they look at the progress of her case and advise when payments will commence. I hope your friend gets this resolved

You say your friend is currently in hospital, may I ask how long they have been there?Also what were they awarded from the Tribunal please?Once you’ve answered those questions I’ll be able to help you further.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please.
