Had anyone else with Cerebral Plasy and chronic pain used a Shakti mat it's a accupressure matt . I got one as a present last week as i suffer with chronic back pain . Would love to hear other people views on it with chronic pain .

Hi @Topsy270 I haven't used a Shakti Matt myself but I have heard that there might be benefits in terms of improving circulation and maybe even reducing pain. However, there is very little scientific evidence to confirm this.
I would suggest doing lots of research and talking over with your G.P or Practice Nurse.
