Is this NI only or the same for England?
Does a panel still sit and discuss a paper or telephone hearing as surely that's not going to work?

It's just N. Ireland at the moment. Guide for UK is here. https://www.gov.uk/guidance/coronavirus-covid-19-courts-and-tribunals-planning-and-preparation

I really don't think tribunals will still be going ahead by the middle of next month but will just have to try and keep up to date with it for now!
I know it's a long shot but if the DWP were to phone me to make an offer before the tribunal, do you know what number that would be on? I can't generally answer calls and even just the noise of a phone ringing can trigger panic attacks but I would make an extra effort to take that particular call in the current circumstances!
