The MOD are building an online service to apply for the military service record of deceased service personnel. If you would be interested in giving us user feedback on the service design, we'd love you to get in touch.
User testing is done remotely, so can be done from home, and is on a dummy (not live) service. Your user insights during testing would be great to have. They will assist the MOD with service and design changes. If you want to take part in our user research please contact Lauren Phillips. More information on the process and your part in it can also be provided by Lauren. We look forward to hearing from you.
