Hello @makh1994 and welcome to the community.
Can I ask what other benefits you are currently claiming? And does anyone claim Carer's Allowance or the Carer Element of Universal Credit for helping look after you?Community Manager

I’m currently receiving esa and pip on enhanced but not serve disability premium x

Do you know if your ESA is income-related or contribution-based?Community Manager
Scope -
If you receive income-related ESA and the person holding the joint tenancy is neither a relative or someone you are in a relationship with then yes you should be able to get it.
