Does anyone else struggle to keep occupied for long periods of time or are happy doing something but one little thing goes wrong and you just can't continue that activity because you are so frustrated with yourself?

Hi @JordyHawkes9 how are you today? I know what you mean, personally I try and set myself one simple goal each day then I feel as though I have done something, for more complicated goals I will split them into different parts allowing myself to feel as though I am doing something.2024 The year of the general election...the time for change is coming 💡

Hi I dont think you are alone, I try and tackle bigger jobs in the morning when I have more energy. I must admit I put off jobs I dont like to the last and then they end up not getting done

Hugs. Tribunals are not easy to deal with especially with mental health issues and waiting so long for it to happen deep breaths and good luck. You got this!

@janer1967 I do the same. It's annoying even with hobbies.
