Your LCWRA award should continue until a new decision is made @hello20. So even after you're sent a new UC50 form or have a new assessment, until they make a decision on the outcome, you'll continue to receive the LCWRA rate.Community Manager

got got awarded Lwrca today I handed my first sick note in on august 2023 while I get back pay please

HI @cazag62 and congratulations on your award!
If there were no breaks in your sick notes, you'll receive LWCRA pay from the 4th payment cycle. Though any back pay can take a while to calculate and pay out, but they'll let you know.Albus (he/him)

1/ What date exactly did you provide your first fit note?2/ What date do you usually receive your money each month?I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
