My 8 year old has been awarded mid care and low mobility. I did mra decision wasn’t changed.
So now applied for tribunal, don’t know how long that would even take ....
I’m pretty certain the care will be over returned due to his nightmares and accidents.
what I really want know if it’s even worth appealing mobility where there isn’t actually anything physically wrong with him. However I’m his behaviour is so unpredictable and dangerous which is a lot around his sensory/ anxiety also awaiting asd assessment now which I know will be next to impossible to proof
i would love to hear your stories and if anyone has been awarded in those circumstances ?
Is it even worth going through all this stress ?
thank you
