They have no respect for this. They have no idea how it affects you. They could have treated me years and years ago. Still no acknowledgement, nothing.

I'm making a complaint through pals. I don't know what else to do. I can't have them think what they're thinking. I just can't have them thinking it's an acceptable way to treat someone.

I've never contacted my MP. I complained about my practice that I moved from and then to NHS England which said that the case was closed so then I messaged the ombudsman and finally when they said the complaint wasn't upheld, then I contacted pohwer.
Since I got my care coordinator they said to write to pals, so I just did that. -
