Is there any help out there for costs of glasses and dentures, every year I need new lens, with a cost of over £200 and dentures , due to deterioration I can not have implants, which would of made my life so much better physically and mentally. At present, although on NHS my dentures cost me over £240 and these need adjustments on a frequent bases. I don’t want to have them on credit as I feel I will never be free of the debt as it is reoccurring any help or suggestions out there please

Hi you can get help with cost of glasses if you claim certain benefits see NHS website not sure about dentures but you should be able to find out on there or on google

HI,For NHS treatment it will depend on whether you're claiming any benefits and if so which ones exactly do you claim? If you're not claiming the benefits that entitle you to treatment for free then it will be worth looking at the NHS low income scheme.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -
