Hi, I was led to the website because I am seeking legal advice regarding a Discrimination Tribunal hearing I will be attending in February 2021.
I have googled away but would prefer personal (if possible) advice regarding Schedule of losses, witness statements etc.
If anyone has experience and is happy to share, let me know.
Regards

Hi @Scrumpy - & welcome to the community. I'm sorry I'm unable to help you with this; probably better to get some local legal advice. However, EASS may also be able to advise: https://www.equalityadvisoryservice.com/Hope this may help.
