hi friends, does anyone no somebody with bilateral sacroiliitis?

i was told nothing can be done for me,does anyone no of someone getting better? i need a bit of hope,i have inpingment in both shoulders, diverticulitis, psoriateic arthritis,disc bulgeing ect ive been in a wheelchair since last april,the wheelchair service have given me an electric wheelchair,i no i should be greatfull, well i am, but just liveing in hope that its possible to change, im going in forpre admittion for op on one of my shoulders,im looking forward to this just for a change of sceanary how sad am i, can anyone help ?

tks mrs logic, i had a look but mine is because i havephiratic arthritis, this site sounds like its for fit cyclists, after i read the last comment by someone, they said if an arthritis is involved its a totaly different case, thank you for trying.
