Who decides that's your unfit to do the job your doing? I work with children and suffer serious attacks if vertigo what happened if my employer says I pose a risk to the children and asks me to leave.

Your employer would need to follow a clear procedure of information collection, consulting you for your input and finally a statement explaining how they reached their conclusion.
This is not law but if they do not do it this way then it is arbitrary and discriminatory. That leaves them open to an Employment Tribunal judgement.
Have you been honest and open with your employer though?
