Hi H25,
Welcone.
Do you have support from your family or friends? -
I do yes but still feeling very alone at the moment. I'm currently at work and pulling my hair out.
-
Just need to create some kind of dialog with other people in my position. Need to know I'm not the only person out there of my age and ability.
-
Are you worried about something?
Work can be a stressful enviroment.
What do you do? -
I'm just stacking shelves at the moment. I tend to get really bored very quickly. And start to be angry with everything around me. I know it's unhelpful. But I just can't level myself out.
-
I see. I kmow there are others feeling like you are.
-
Thank you feel like a coil. I don't want this to be another job I walk away from on bad terms. I just can't focus on the bigger picture at the moment.
-
Okay you touched on bored, you sound like an intelligent person and stacking shelves must be very boring.
Sounds like you need a hobby. What are your interests?
It is okay to be angry. What else do you want to do?
-
I like to fish I'm an outdoor kind of chap.
-
Sorry that doesn't really give you much to go on but I am at work at the moment.
-
You are gone ??
-
-
Just put my little daughter to bed.
-
Wow you have a young child and still find the time to listen to people. I can't even find the time to listen to myself sometimes.
-
Well, I try my best, listening helps, we all need it.
-
Have you finish work now?
-
I'm going to call it a night, but please, feel free to send a message any time and I will do my best to respond as soon as I can.
Take, chat soon. -
Thank you I finish at midnight unfortunately. I really appreciate you giving your time to people it's refreshing to know there are people who will listen.

Hi @H25, welcome to the community, I hope you find it friendly and supportive. If you'd like to get a good overview of the various discussion taking place, take a look at our groups page, and feel free to get involved or start a new discussion wherever you wish.
You might like to check out our ASD group, where there's usually plenty of conversations taking place. As Ronke says, getting engaged with hobbies and interests is always good, and I wonder if you've tried using a website like meetup.com to find groups with similar interests, such as fishing and other outdoor activities? -
Hi Chris thanks for getting in touch. I will certinatly take a look at meetup.
