Welcome to the community @sarajaneduffy
What kind of sleeping issues are you having at the moment?
As an individual I stood alone.
As a member of a group I did things.

Hi guys thank you for replying. It's my daughter she has a rare syndrome and doesn't produce cholesterol which in turn means she does not produce melotonin so gets about 4 hours a night. She has now been put on melatonin but it doesn't seem to be working she is 2 an a half years old

Hi @sarajaneduffy
Scope offers a support service in certain areas. There are also some general tips and routines.
Hope that helps.
