hi all,ive come on here to see if anyone can help me help a lady that i beleive has slight learning disabilities, and i feel has been totally let down by childrens social services.i work in a proffession tho it is not social services i am governed by a lot of protocol including child protection etc,and rightly so,but after my contact and experience with such lady and her social worker i can only say i am deplored of the treatment she has had with her social worker and her team and also the treatment i had in raising my concerns with such lady and the complaints department of such team..

Hi @Luther,
Welcome to the community. I hope we can help.
Sounds awful. If you're not happy with how they handled your complaint, perhaps you could take it to the next level which is to complain to the local government ombudsman? -
i will do that alex, but i was hoping i might get some help from scope too..

What help were you hoping for?
