Hi
I was wondering how long l have to wait for the upper tribunals decision on my request to appeal from the s.o.r from the first tier tribunal ? 16-05-17 date l requested to go to upper tribunal

About a month might be an average reply time for the tribunal service.
To check they have your letter, phone them on 0300123 1142.
You may want to try to get someone to help you with your case, and there is some Legal Help available for this. You could try asking you local Citizens Advice, or indeed the Law Society if they know of anyone in your area who has a Legal Help contract for doing this work.
