appealing the judges decision

i'm in the same position after taking 7 months to get to final appeal and won, but am now told they might be appealing the judges decision, they said i will need to wait 4 to 6 more weeks. feeling deflated and stressed, not good after my heart attack.

Hello and welcome
This seems to be a common practice with the DWP lately.they ask for a SOR. They can only appeal the decision on a point of law and this seldom occurs.
