Mine was due in on Friday 30!th and I’ve received nothing as of yet. BACS payments start again tonight at 2am

Hello @dmarie and a warm welcome to the community. You don't say exactly what was due on the 30th, so I'm assuming it was a payment? It would not be too unusual for a payment to get hung up around a public holiday like Easter.

Hi, so sorry just realised this. And yes it was meant to be my ESA. Still has not
gone in today. Waiting now till 8am to speak with them -
