Hi,
The CAB helped me complete my form and I sent it recorded delivery (in prepaid envelope provided) in first week of last month.
I didn't expect a quick reply, but it's been 6 weeks now - does anyone have a rough idea how long to wait before hearing a reply or how long it takes for the DWP to review one of these?
Many thanks in advance for any help given.

Hi @dillon,
I have not found an average length of time but the DWP are checking approx 600,000 cases so I guess it is taking a while!
There is a thread on the Community about this which you may find helpful to read through. @Luv44 has posted about this and people seem to have waited between 3 and 8 weeks.
The ESA helpline number is 0800 169 0310.Joanne

Hi, thank you for your reply, do you have a link to that thread?

Hi,The current waiting times for the IB to ESA underpayments is 12-20 weeks.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
