Are there any social groups for chair bound adults?

in the Southampton/New forest area. I don't drive so would either have to provide transport or be on a public transport service route. the kind of thing I'm hoping for is either just social or activity based. I'm in my 40s so simmilar age rages would be preferred.

Have you looked into whether phab have a local group?

I don't know if this is any good but I found the Hampshire Disabled groups and social clubs website run by Ableize that has a lot of info on.
I wonder whether you could also ask at your GP or local library?Scope
